M/V JAWFLY is registered commercially giving her the ability to set crab pots and tow a shrimp trawl.

Our pots are set a short distance from the marina so a crab trip, usually two hours, gives the party enough time to haul the pots and even steam your catch right onboard. We have a large table on the back deck and another in the main salon[A fancy name for cabin] so there is plenty of room to sit and pick crabs with your friends while enjoying your favorite cold beverage.Of course, you are more than welcome to take your catch back to the cottage for cooking.

Shrimping is done in Kitty Hawk Bay just outside the marina channel.We pull a trawl net with doors that run along the bottom and kick up the shrimp into the net,then we "haul back",cull thru the catch and pick out your shrimp. They also can be cooked onboard or brought home.

a 17'center consol,not on the

JAWFLY, We tried the new

net on the big boat and she

had so much power that it

just snapped the lines on the

small net. We can take up to

three passengers.
